Communication, Mail Folders (Post Office) PROBLEM: Distribute paperwork (weekly club bulletins, announcements, etc) to members, both present and absent. SOLUTION: Setup expandable accordion type files with section for each member. Example: Globe-Weis Daily File #17D, 31 pockets Label each folder with member name and badge number. Anyone wishing to distribute something (bulletin editor, committee, president) merely inserts it in each member's folder. Before weekly meeting begins, members who are present remove mail from their folder. If a member is absent, everything they missed is waiting for them when they return. Only visitors and guests are given bulletins at check-in table. Remind everybody attending the meeting to take all paperwork (mail) to their home or work, do not leave on table after leaving meeting. Saves costs of postage, paper and time. |
