Head Table, Officers & Speakers
PROBLEM:
Fellowship between Officers, Speakers, Members and Visitors may be restricted because officers may be busy with meeting tasks and because of distance from member tables.
Officers and Speakers may feel uncomfortable because they are on display constantly.
SOLUTION:
Officers and Speakers individually sit at any table with Members and Visitors.
Setup area for one small table, no chairs, with microphone or 2 separate tables and microphones so 2 people can speak.
Officers and speakers go to speaker areas only to speak.
Talk and other interactions easily available at each table before and after speaking.
